Secure Remote Support

We extend our technical support service by providing a secure, remote support and monitoring service to our customers. We make sure our customers situated at other locations are provided for in case of any support emergencies.

Product Warranty & Maintenance

Our Technical Support Team manages the RMA process of your hardware if you need a replacement part. Please review our warranty levels for our policies on hardware replacement and support.

RMA's must be reported by 3:00 PM PST to guarantee shipment that business day. Items such as: disks, cards, memory and other parts will ship the same day when reported by 5:00 PM PST.
