Senior Web Developer
We are currently hiring a full-time, Senior Web Developer to lead our current web team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead/Manage the web team currently in place.
• Motivate the web team and serve as a mentor for building lean, efficient, fast-loading websites.
• Assist various project managers with the design, development and implementation of various enterprise and corporate-level websites.
• Serve as the representative of the web team in all website-related meetings.
• Responsible for working with, and ensuring the web team as a whole meets all deadlines set by upper management.
Required Qualifications:
• Very strong in the following: PHP, CSS/HTML, Javascript, MySQL.
• Strong database experience a must.
• Proven web development portfolio and experience building lean, efficient, fast-loading websites from start to finish.
• Solid understanding of the relationship between content, user interface, and technology.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Energetic and capable of meeting deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Professional attitude and conduct.
• Start-up experience preferred.
The successful candidate will have a work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask and self-motivate with attention to detail and flexible, can-do attitude.
