The C630 appliance comes loaded with 512 MB of memory. C630 comes standard with 8 MB of NVRAM on the NVRAM II adapter in slot 9. C630 NVRAM II adapter and SIMMs are compatible with the adapter and SIMMs for the F700/C700 series.
