The Decru DataFort FC520 appliance enables complete security for stored data with strong encryption (AES 256-bit key) for disks & tapes from one platform. We offer a 3 Year Next Business Day Advance Replacement Warranty on this product for customers in the United States. This 3 Year Warranty also includes free phone and email installation technical support.
We pay for shipment of replacement parts to you and provide a prepaid UPS return label.
International customers still receive the 3 Year Warranty, but replacement parts are delivered by UPS WorldWide Expedited and Next Business Day delivery is not offered for all countries. International customers are also responsible for paying return freight charges on the defective parts. |
